Cancellation Policy

Dear valued clients,

​

We fully understand that there are some circumstances or emergencies that may cause you to cancel an appointment.   We have the following policy in place to allow for this without penalty, but whilst also providing the salon with the essential notice we need to rearrange our schedules and team.

 

  1. 48 hrs or more before your appointment notice is required for any changes or cancellation of your appointment with no fee.  

  2. Cancellation after this time will incur a 25% fee.

  3. Within 24 hrs of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

  4. An appointment missed without any notification or cancelled on the day will incur between 50%-75% cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees are a last resort but are necessary and will be taken from card details given on booking and or will need to be paid after and before another appointment can be made.

​

We send out booking confirmations and reminder messages to ensure you are fully informed, so please do let us know by speaking with the team direct or via your online booking the moment you have any issues with your appointment.

*Please note we do not accept cancellation by text, email or via social media as these cannot be monitored when the salon is busy. 

Price Adjustment Policy 

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be informed, following announcements of supplier and employment cost increases in 2025, that our own prices will be adjusted accordingly. 

​

Please understand that this decision is not taken lightly and we strive to ensure competitive pricing for our clients.

​

We highly value your patronage and want to assure you that these increases are crucial for us to continue providing the exceptional services and top-quality products you are accustomed to receiving at our salon.
