For nearly a decade, Oshens has been the go-to hair and beauty destination on Bridge Street, blending warm, personalized service with top-tier expertise. Our tightly knit team of stylists treat every appointment as a chance to listen, collaborate, and deliver a look that’s uniquely you. Hi im rebekka, Style director at Oshens hairdressing, I grew up in a little village so wye feels like home from home. I started my hairdressing career at the age of 16 and have worked up the ranks to be in the position I’m in now. I always knew hairdressing was the path for me as my dad caught me at the age of 8 cutting my brothers hair.

I love everything to do with hairdressing but especially colour.

In my spare time I dote all my attention on my fur baby Stan-Lee and love meeting new people.

Im Evie, a graduate stylist at Oshens Hairdressers. I’ve lived in Wye for around seven years and really enjoy being part of the community. I’m currently studying for my Level 3 in Hairdressing, with colouring being my favourite part of the craft. Outside of the salon, I enjoy a bit of retail therapy, movie marathons and spending time with my three cats – Lily, Mila and Fury.

Hi, I’m Victoria Managing Director at Oshens. I’ve been immersed in the hair industry since I was 14 — working behind the chair, travelling for competitions, teaching others, and even opening my own salon. Colour/ extension creations are what I live for.

Beyond work, I’m proud mum of three, dog lover, and always up for a long walk with my pups. A biscuit (or two) and family holidays are the perfect reset.

Hi I’m Eleanor, 

I started at oshens as an apprentice in 2019, I took a year out after qualifying in 2022 and returning as a stylist a year later. I offer a range of services including colouring, cutting and tape Extentions. Outside the salon you’ll find me browsing for my next holiday, I have a passion for travelling around the world and visiting a wide range of countries

Our Policies

Cancellation Policy

Dear valued clients,

We understand that plans can change and on occasions you made need to alter appointment times. To help us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Beyond this the following applies:-

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment cost will be charged

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 75% of the appointment cost will be charged

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 90% of the appointment cost will be charged

 

All cancellation fees are applied at the time of cancellation or in the case of a missed appointment.

Important note:

 

Amendments or cancellations need to be made directly with the salon team on 01233811981, during open hours.

 

Cancellation fees are a last resort but are necessary and will be taken from card details given on booking and or will need to be paid after and before another appointment can be made.

We send out booking confirmations and reminder messages to ensure you are fully informed, so please do let us know by speaking with the team direct or via your online booking the moment you have any issues with your appointment.

To cancel your appointment, please call us on 01233 811981 or use the online booking system.

 

*Please note we do not accept cancellation by text, email or via social media as these cannot be monitored when the salon is busy. 

Price Adjustment Policy 

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be informed, following announcements of supplier and employment cost increases in April 2026, that our own prices will be adjusted accordingly. 

Please understand that this decision is not taken lightly and we strive to ensure competitive pricing for our clients.

We highly value your patronage and want to assure you that these increases are crucial for us to continue providing the exceptional services and top-quality products you are accustomed to receiving at our salon.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time of change. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the price adjustment, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
