CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. We require 48 hrs notice of any changes or cancellations made to your appointments. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 25% fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hrs of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will be taken from card details given on booking and if not will need to be paid before another appointment can be made. If an appointment is missed without prior notification or cancelled on the day a 50% -75% fee will be incurred.
